A patisserie needed to automate the order lifecycle end to end, from guiding customers through the products to checkout, delivery scheduling, and courier dispatch, freeing the team to focus on production alone.

Built the Next.js 15 and React 19 frontend and a serverless API on Cloudflare Workers and Hono, modeled the domain as five DDD bounded contexts with explicit ports and domain events, integrated a payment gateway, and gated every pull request with CI.

Problem
A financial institution needed an internal tool to make FGTS-backed consignado credit simulation more efficient, evaluating credit in batch through a banking API.
Action
Built the Next.js 14 frontend and integrated REST APIs with core-banking services for batch credit queries, loan pricing, and automated risk assessment, persisting each simulation in PostgreSQL.

Problem
Aerial-application pilots in Brazil must file a regulated flight report (laudo) for every flight under ANAC and MAPA rules, often from fields with no connectivity.

Building an offline-first PWA that captures the full service lifecycle (operation, crew, aircraft, field and conditions) and produces the compliance laudo, on a serverless Cloudflare stack (Workers, D1, R2, queues) modeled with Clean Architecture and DDD in a typed monorepo, with Clerk auth and CI-gated deploys.
